CAROL CAMPBELL - DIRECTOR

Carol Campbell has over 30 years of experience in human resources in the areas of recruiting, training and organizational development, compensation and benefits, executive compensation, and global employment issues.  She has served as interim CHRO for Steinway Pianos, New York, NY and PSAV (now known as Encore) in Chicago, IL.  She also served as an HR Operating Partner for True North Venture Partners based in Chicago, IL. 

 Ms. Campbell was the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for First Solar, a publically traded renewable energy company.  Ms. Campbell joined First Solar pre-IPO and grew the human resources team from 6 in North America to a global team of 70.  She was instrumental in building the global human resources infrastructure for performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, HR information systems, leadership development, and compliance training.  She has extensive experience in executive compensation.  Prior to First Solar, she worked at Dana Corporation as Director of Human Resources for North American operations and Director of Human Resources for the Heavy Commercial Vehicle Strategic Business Unit.

 Ms. Campbell provides custom-made strategic solutions on a wide array of human resources issues designed to improve your organization’s bottom line.  She will partner with you to improve and align your HR operations with your business objectives while enhancing productivity, increasing retention and improving morale. 

 Ms. Campbell received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Heidelberg University.
